About Us


The Company

Etruria is a body governed by public law controlled by the Tuscany Region, the University of Siena and more local Public Authorities and Chambers of Commerce of the central-south Tuscany. Starting from a direct contact with own public administrations Etruria's core activities concern constructing innovative and integrated services for enterprises and fostering innovation and technology transfer working with the whole chain of stakeholders (SMEs, research centres, PAs). Etruria promotes, elaborates and participates in innovative projects and networks, undertaking conception and design, technical and administrative coordination and implementation. Etruria also work with own institutions aiming to synchronize plans and programmes established by the regional government in order to promote balanced development and to address integration policies.

The mission

Etruria Innovazione promotes innovation and technology transfer to enterprises in Tuscany.

Etruria Innovazione was born from the need to bring innovation to Tuscan enterprises system and to create services which increase their competitiveness and market potential. Etruria Innovazione supports local and regional actors in this context and works according to the conviction that the correct use of technology represents an important leverage for modernisation

Etruria Innovazione is a structure with high level, specialised personnel and one that is capable of creating synergy between different administrations. The company operates through identifying and coordinating projects of common interest which can be used to address unique needs in single geographic areas. In this way project results are valorised and the best possible technical and administrative solutions are adopted.
