Project Philosophy
Etruria Innovazione SCpA has always operated with the greatest respect for the local environment and develops and works with standard, open source technology which is both fully tested and subject to in-depth systematic assessment. The steps followed are:
- Feasibility analysis: using an applied methodology the technical staff at Etruria Innovazione undertake feasibility analyses of the project, taking into consideration not only technical, economic and functional requirements but also logistical aspects linked to the impact of the new technology in an active or new context.
- Impact analysis: "a technical problem is not really a problem". Etruria Innovazione has long been involved in planning, coordinating and developing solutions and projects without ever neglecting to undertake an intense evaluation of the existing context.
- Executive planning: the technical staff at Etruria Innovazione have always seen methodical planning, using visual modelling instruments (UML o OML) and project control, as a means to ensure that the project becomes a tool for growth and for improved working processes and production within an overall system.
Process control
